Introduction
Once again we are crashing, faster than before, so fast that we are going to time travel in Crash Bandicoot 3! Are you ready to warp to multiple eras to find time crystals, go back to meet dinosaurs, visit the Great Wall of China and a lot more! This time, you will be able to play as Coco, the sister of Crash. However, some levels are for Crash only. There are a lot of new mechanics, including, flying, swimming, and even racing!
What did I think before playing Crash Bandicoot 3?
Since the previous two games were fun, I did not expect any less from Crash Bandicoot 3. Somewhere in my memory from playing this game as a kid, I remember from playing Crash Bandicoot 3 had abilities. Including double jump and a bazooka! I want to blow stuff up with a bazooka! Once again, there are gems to be collected alongside the crystals. These can be hard to get, as most of them require backtracking after obtaining all the skills. However, I also think that this game will be the easiest since you can get double jump or even glide!

I got excited to try out this third game, double jump? That is going to be amazing! Also, dinosaurs, I love dinosaurs.
Story
Doctor Neo Cortex is once again brewing an evil plan, but this time around an evil mask is going to help him. He wants to collect new crystals from different points in time, this is where you come in! Take the crystals back from the bosses and beat them up for a nifty ability! Can you once again stop Doctor Neo Cortex?

I rate the story of Crash Bandicoot 3 with an 8.0
This might be the best story yet, there are even larger cutscenes this time around and the plot seems to thicken with time travel involved.
Gameplay
Once again, the core gameplay is to collect the time crystals while traversing multiple levels. This time, however, there is a huge variety in levels as you visit the past and the future. Fight dinosaurs and robots while looking for secret gems that will unlock alternate paths in other eras. Do not forget to collect all boxes for the extra gem.
There are also new mechanics along with the original idea of running away or even sitting on an animal while running through the level. In the swimming levels you can only play as Crash, do not get eaten by sharks, they are hungry! The flying levels consist of getting into a plane and shooting down objects.
After beating a boss, you will gain an ability, from a simple double jump, or even getting an infinite spinning attack. However, the bazooka is the best upgrade. This is basically a ranged attack to take care of different enemies.

Sound and Graphics
Graphics
The graphics of Crash Bandicoot 3 are the best in the Nsane trilogy, there are even more death animations for you to enjoy, despite having abilities. The dinosaurs taking you down is fun though, you will still see the game over screen a lot!
Sound
The soundtracks are great and diverse in Crash Bandicoot 3. The sound effects are also fun.

What did I think after playing Crash Bandicoot 3?
I had a lot of fun when playing Crash Bandicoot 3, My wife did enjoy this game the most as well, the abilities make the game perfect for people that casually play platformers.Â
The time trials will still be difficult, but they are more possible now compared to previous games. The new mechanics are great, I did like the racing and swimming sections!

I enjoyed this game the most compared to the previous games. Luckily you can also run in this game with a new ability, thus many enemies can be outwitted, also by bazooka.

I used to play this game when I was a kid. I loved to find all the bonus levels and the get a better time each run! And yes! the Bazooka was awesome!
